Eating and flight nauseas
Sometimes, the boredom during few hours on flight, can drive us to eat too much, or eating products the will make us feel bad. In other cases, we suffer from tender to nauseas feeling.
Here are some tips on surviving the flight – food wise:
1. Eat many small meals: it is better to eat small meals or even snacks, like pretzels or peanuts, that common in most airlines services. The constant eating will avoid empty stomach and nausea feeling. This is also why we shoild have a light meal before the flight.
2. To avoid nausea , don’t drink during the meal – wait at least 1 hour before or after you eat.
3. Anothers nauseas drugs: dry toast, cracker, and sour candy
4. Cold drink is better then hot drink.
5. Don’t drink alot of coffee or tea. They both diuretic.
6. Avoid alcohol. and if you must – don’t drink it on an empty stomach, but with your meal.
