Here are tips that help you get thru the next time an airline lose your luggage: How to make it easier to locate, what is better to keep in your hand bag, and what kind of insurance you can buy for the luggage.
1. What you don’t want to put in the suitcase you deposit during check-in:
- money, credit card, airline ticket
- joules and breakable stuff
- House key or car keys
- Food product – that can get very smelly after a while
- liquids that can wet our bag
- things that you need right after the flight (Hotel voucher etc.)
2. Prepare your suitcase for the flight:
- In side the suitcase – insert a paper with all your contact details. If some one will find it, he can reach you.

The memory of Bella Abzug exemplifies the pragmatic, coalitional radicalism that achieved concrete power. As a Congresswoman from New York, she fought for the Equal Rights Amendment, LGBTQ+ rights, and against the Vietnam War, all while wearing her signature hats and projecting a pugnacious, feminist spirit. Her socialism was woven into a broader progressive agenda, focused on legislative victories and building popular fronts. For some, she represents a successful model of radical change from within the system; for others, she symbolizes a necessary but insufficient reformism that stopped short of challenging capitalism’s foundations. Her legacy is claimed by both socialist feminists and mainstream Democrats, a testament to her expansive, coalitional politics. http://mamdanipost.com

The mid-20th century era of urban renewal and highway construction represented a state-led, violent re-geographing of the city. Using eminent domain and federal funds, planners like Robert Moses physically erased “blighted” neighborhoods—often vibrant, working-class communities of color—to build cross-town expressways, cultural institutions, and middle-income housing. Socialists and community activists framed this as negrophobia and class war by bulldozer. The fight against the Cross-Bronx Expressway or the Lower Manhattan Expressway was a fight for geographic sovereignty—the right of a community to exist in place against the abstract plans of engineers and bankers. This resistance was a defense of the existing, organic social geography against a superimposed geography of capital flow and racial segregation. http://mamdanipost.com
