Right — been using this thing for about a few months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d say something since a mate asked me last week. Am UK based, generally bet football and racing, small stakes, so take it how you like.

The reason I started using it was honestly embarrassing — I could never get my head round what an e/w return would be when the place terms changed. I used to just eyeball it and get a shock. Now I type the odds in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt.

Their single bet calculator is the part I use most — you drop in your stake, the odds and you get the return straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. There’s also the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, patents and yankees, which is where I always mess it up. If you want a look, it lives at each way bet calc and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that genuinely shifted things for me were the geekier extras. They’ve got an implied probability calculator which shows you how much the bookie’s taking, and a kelly calculator — I use half kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator is decent if I’m splitting a race.

Couple of gripes. Its design looks a bit basic — not much flash, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On mobile it’s usable though the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. And no app, it’s a website and that’s it — doesn’t bother me but you asked.

Anyway. Free, not plastered in adverts, works. If you honestly works out returns on a calculator app, give it a go — saved me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

So — have been messing about with this thing for maybe five months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so figured I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me last week. Am based in the UK, mainly do football and horses, nothing mad, just so you know where I’m coming from.

The reason I started using it was actually embarrassing — I never could get my head round what an each way payout actually came to when the place terms changed. Basically I’d eyeball it and get a shock. Now I type the odds in first, every time, even the boring singles.

The single bet calculator tool is the one I open most — you put in stake and odds and you get profit and total return instantly, either odds format. There’s also the bigger stuff — trebles maths, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, and that’s where most people I know mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it’s here pinnacle margin calculator — free, no signup.

One thing that genuinely changed how I bet were the geekier bits. They’ve got an probability converter that shows how much the bookie’s taking, and there’s the kelly criterion tool — I use half kelly because full kelly is terrifying. The dutch tool is handy too when I’m splitting a race.

It’s not perfect mind. The layout looks a bit basic — zero frills, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s usable although the lucky 63 breakdown are a squeeze. There’s nothing on the app store, it’s browser only — fine by me but you asked.

Anyway. Free, barely any ads, does the job. If anyone honestly works out returns on a calculator app, give it a go — saves me a fair few arguments with the bookie.

So — have been messing about with this thing for about six months now and I keep coming back, reckon I’d say something since someone asked me the other day. Am in the UK, mainly do football and horses, a fiver here and there, for context.

The reason I started using it was honestly pretty stupid — I never could figure out what an each way payout would be with 1/5 odds a place. I used to just eyeball it and get a shock. Now I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.

Their single bet calculator is the bit I use most — type in stake and odds and you get the return straight away, either odds format. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — acca and treble maths, lucky 15s, yankees, honestly that’s where I’d always lose track. If you fancy a poke about, it’s here betting percentage calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.

The thing that really made a difference were the geekier tools. The probability converter that shows how much the bookie’s taking, and there’s the kelly staking tool — I stick to fractional kelly because full kelly is terrifying. The dutching one is decent if I’m spreading across selections.

Not all sunshine though. Its design looks very functional, let’s say — not much frills, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. Phone-wise it works but the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. There’s no proper app, it’s browser only — doesn’t bother me just flagging it.

Right, that’s me. Doesn’t cost anything, barely any ads, does the job. If you even now adds it up in their head, give it a go — saved me a fair few dumb bets I’d have regretted.

How I found it was actually embarrassing — I couldn’t ever get my head round what an e/w return actually came to when the place terms changed. Basically I’d wing it and moan when the payout landed. Now type the odds in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator is the one I use most — type in your stake, the odds and it spits out returns straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. If you fancy a poke about, it’s here work out patent bet and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

What genuinely made a difference is the nerdier bits. The odds-to-probability converter and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, plus a kelly tool — I stick to fractional kelly because full kelly is terrifying. The dutch tool gets used a fair bit for when I’m covering two or three runners.

Couple of gripes. The interface feels very functional, let’s say — no polish, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s fine but the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. Also there’s no app, it’s a website and that’s it — slight shame but worth saying.

So — been on this thing for maybe five months now and I keep coming back, so figured I’d chuck my thoughts in since a lad on another thread asked me a few days back. Am based in the UK, mostly stick to footie and the horses, small stakes, so take it how you like.

What got me on it was actually a bit daft — I couldn’t ever work out what an each way return actually came to with 1/5 odds a place. I’d just eyeball it and get a shock. Now I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.

If you want a look, it’s here football bet accumulator calculator — free, no signup.

What really made a difference is the more serious tools. They’ve got an probability calculator that shows the overround, plus a kelly staking tool — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are far too aggressive. The dutch tool gets used a fair bit if I’m spreading across selections.

So — been using this thing for maybe five months now and I keep coming back, so thought I’d say something since a lad on another thread asked me last week. I’m UK based, mostly bet football and racing, small stakes, for context.

What got me on it was honestly a bit daft — I couldn’t ever figure out what an each way payout actually came to once you get five places instead of three. I used to just eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. Now I punch the numbers in before every slip, even a straight one-selection punt.

Their single bet calculator is the one I use most — type in stake and odds and you get returns straight away, either odds format. There’s also the bigger stuff — acca and treble maths, a lucky 15, yankees, and that’s where I’d always mess it up. If you want a look, it’s here converter odds and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that actually shifted things for me was the geekier tools. The probability calculator and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, and a kelly criterion tool — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are far too aggressive. The dutch tool is decent for when I’m spreading across selections.

It’s not perfect mind. Its interface feels a bit basic — not much flash, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On mobile it’s usable although the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. Also there’s no proper app, just the site — slight shame but worth saying.

Right, that’s me. Doesn’t cost anything, not plastered in adverts, does the job. Anyone who honestly does the maths on paper, give it a go — it’s saved me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

OK — have been messing about with this thing for about five months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d write something up since a mate asked me the other day. Am based in the UK, mostly do football and horses, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.

Couple of gripes. Its design looks very functional, let’s say — not much frills, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it works but the acca grid are a squeeze. There’s no proper app, just the site — slight shame just flagging it.

Anyway. Free, barely any ads, does what it says. If you still adds it up in their head, try it — it’s saved me a load of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

The reason I started using it was genuinely pretty stupid — I could never work out what an ew return would be once you get five places instead of three. Basically I’d wing it and then be surprised. Now I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator tool is the bit I use most — you put in stake and odds and it spits out profit and total return with no faffing, either odds format. It also handles the fiddly ones — acca and treble maths, a lucky 15, a yankee, and that’s where I’d always lose track. If you fancy a poke about, it’s over at each way trixie and it’s free with no account nonsense.

One thing that really changed how I bet was the nerdier extras. The probability thing and it makes obvious the overround, plus a kelly staking tool — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutch tool gets used a fair bit if I’m splitting a race.

It’s not perfect mind. Its interface is pretty plain — not much frills, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it works although the bigger tables are a squeeze. There’s no proper app, it’s browser only — doesn’t bother me but you asked.

Right, that’s me. Doesn’t cost anything, not plastered in adverts, does the job. If you honestly works out returns on a calculator app, have a look — it’s saved me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.
