			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jet lag is one of the most common problems in long distance flight, that couse us moving to a different time zone. In general, the more time zones we pass in a flight, the worse jet lag symptoms we get.</p>
<p><strong>The symptoms for jet lag</strong></p>
<p>The common symptoms of a jet lag are lack of sleeping, exhaustion, loss of concentration, lost of appetite, or desire for food in unusual hours.</p>
<p>but, how can we avoid, or at least reduce jet lag? here are some tips the you should follow, if you fly intercontinental flight.</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a good rest and night sleep, before the flight</li>
<li>After you get to the destination &#8211; go to sleep, even if it is the middle of the day.</li>
<li>If you have time, give your self a day or two, to get use to the new time zone</li>
<li>Avoid alcohol during the flight</li>
<li>If you fly on a night flight, and don&#8217;t have tine to rest after reaching the destination,  try to sleep during the flight. If necessary, give up the flight movies..</li>
<li>Nap and drink coffee. In an article published in the <a href="http://nytimes.com/" target="_blank">ny times</a>, experts says that drinking coffee, before naping, will help us wake after a short nap &#8211; fill with energy.</li>
