<li><strong>Guidelines on the Entry of Temporary Visitors to the Philippines </strong>
<ol type="A">
<li>Nationals from countries listed below who are traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding twenty-one (21) days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay. However, Immigration Officers at ports of entry may exercise their discretion to admit holders of passports valid for at least sixty (60) days beyond the intended period of stay.</li>
<li><strong>Nationals from the following countries are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a period of stay of twenty-one (21) days of less: </strong>

<li>Holders of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) passports.</li>

<li>Holders of Portuguese Passports issued in Macao</li>
<li>Holders of Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR) passports</li>

<p><!-- <b>ANNOUNCEMENT TO CHINESE NATIONALS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF TOUR GROUPS:</b></p>
<p>Rules according to <a href="http://www.ops.gov.ph/records/eo_no288.htm" mce_href="http://www.ops.gov.ph/records/eo_no288.htm" target="z">EO No. 288</a> governing the entry and stay in the Philippines, as temporary visitors, of nationals of the People&#8217;s Republic of China, including its Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions:</p>
<ul>
<li><b>Coverage</b>- Chinese nationals, holding People&#8217;s Republic of China passports, Hong Kong Special Administrative region passports, Certificates of Identities, and Documents of Identities, Macao Special Administrative Region passports and Travel Permits who are members of tour groups with a minimum of three (3) members may apply for a tour group visa with an authorized maximum period of stay of fifty-nine (59) days, from any Philippine Foreign Service Post in China, including the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong SAR.
<li><b>Visa Fees</b>- The Visa fee for tour groups with at least twenty (20) members shall be US$15.00 per member, while those tour groups with less than twenty (20) members shall be US$25 per member. Executive Order (EO) No. 168 dated 11 April 1994, is hereby amended and modified accordingly. However, all other fees and other provisions in said EO No. 168 in so far as not inconsistent herewith, shall remain in force and affect.</ul>
<p>&#8211;><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE:</strong></p>
<p>Nationals who are subjects of deportation/blacklist orders of the Department and the Bureau of Immigration shall not be admitted to the Philippines. Further inquiries may be addressed to the Visa Division (Telephone numbers: 834-4854, 834-3707, and 834-4810), Department of Foreign Affairs, 2330 Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City or to any Philippine Embassy or Consulate abroad.</p>
