<p>Infants meal &#8211; For babies up to 2 years old</p>
<p>Kids meal &#8211; from 2 years and up</p>
<p>vegetarian meal &#8211; Purely vegetarian meal: no meat or fish products, without alcohol, no diary products and eggs</p>
<p>Kosher meal &#8211; Strictly kosher food prepared under the supervision of a rabbinate</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes, the boredom during few hours on flight, can drive us to eat too much, or eating products the will make us feel bad. In other cases, we suffer from tender to  nauseas feeling.</p>
<p>Here are some tips on surviving the flight &#8211; food wise:</p>

<p>1. Eat many small meals: it is better to eat small meals or even snacks, like pretzels or peanuts, that common in most airlines services. The constant eating will avoid empty stomach and nausea feeling. This is also why we shoild have a light meal before the flight.</p>
<p>2.  To avoid nausea , don&#8217;t drink during the meal - wait at least 1 hour before or after you eat.</p>
<p>3. Anothers nauseas drugs: dry toast, cracker, and sour candy</p>
<p>4. Cold drink is better then hot drink.</p>
<p>5. Don&#8217;t drink alot of coffee or tea. They both diuretic.</p>
<p> 6. Avoid alcohol. and if you must &#8211; don&#8217;t drink it on an empty stomach, but with your meal. </p>

<p>2. Avoid alcoholic beverages. Consumption alcohol before or during the flight, can couse heartburn and general discomfort. In addirion, the alcohol can couse to droping of blood sugar level &#8211; until fainting. If you like to drink anyway &#8211; do it with your meal.</p>
<p>3. Eat lightly and avoid eating food that is hard to digest before the flght, like fried food, fats and even vegtables like onion, legumes and cabbage.</p>
